PEACH COBBLER PIE
Ingredients:
o
1 qt. frozen or canned peaches
o
1 stick butter
o
2 1/2 or 3 c. sugar
o
1 c. sugar
o
1 c. flour
o
1 stick butter
o
1/2 c. milk
Preparation:
Put peaches, 1 stick butter and 2 1/2 or 3 cups sugar in saucepan and
bring to a boil. While boiling mix remaining 4 ingredients and pour
into a greased large baking dish. Pour peaches in pan over crust while
boiling. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown on top, about 30
minutes. Crust will come to the top.
